A leading elderly-care organisation in Greece is recruiting qualified and experienced nurses from India for elderly care facilities in Greece.
This opportunity is suitable for qualified nursing professionals with at least 2 years of relevant clinical or elderly-care experience who are interested in an international healthcare career.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: €920 per month
- 14 salary payments per year
- Full-time employment
- Initial 2-year employment contract
- Visa process handled by the designated recruitment/employer process
- Greek language is not required before joining
- Candidates must be willing to learn Greek after selection
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers
- Support medication administration under appropriate supervision
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Communicate with patients' families and care teams
- Follow hygiene, infection-control and patient-safety procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and routine care activities
Eligibility
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Nursing qualification must be recognised/acceptable for employment in Greece
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a hospital, nursing home, elderly-care facility or clinical-care setting
- Valid experience certificate from previous/current employer
- English proficiency: B2 level or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
Work Schedule
8-hour rotational shifts:
- Morning
- Afternoon
- Night
Typical responsibilities include patient care, medication support, meal assistance, documentation and shift handover
