We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

* Assist in financial planning and forecasting

* Perform revenue and cost analysis

* Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis

* Develop financial models and dashboards

* Monitor key financial performance indicators

* Provide data-driven insights to management

**Required Skills:**

* Advanced MS Excel

* Financial Modeling

* Financial Analysis

* Budgeting & Forecasting

* Accounting fundamentals

* Power BI / Tableau is a plus

* Strong analytical and communication skills

**Eligibility:**
