Role Description

We're looking for
AI Career Advisors
to help us grow the Ctrl+Future community and connect the right people with relevant AI learning opportunities.

As an AI Career Advisor, you will:
- Generate your
own leads
through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, personal networks, communities, and referrals.
- Bring relevant prospects into the
Ctrl+Future WhatsApp Community
.
- Understand candidates' career goals and AI-learning needs.
- Guide interested candidates toward relevant programs using approved information.
- Direct candidates to the
official program website
for enrollment.
- Use the
Ctrl+Future referral code
, which gives eligible candidates
₹1,000 off
.




- Follow up with interested candidates and drive successful enrollments.

Compensation:
Commission-only —
₹1,000 per successful eligible enrollment.

This is a
freelance, remote chance
with no fixed salary or guaranteed leads. Your earning potential depends on your ability to generate and convert your own pipeline.

Qualifications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with lead generation and outreach
- Ability to build genuine relationships and have career-focused conversations
- Interest in
AI, careers, education, sales, or business development
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Ability to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other digital channels for outreach
- Students, freshers, creators, career counselors, sales professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs are welcome
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
