Assistant Human Resources & Admin
qualified who can bring structure, accountability and clarity to the people and processes behind our creativity.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with leadership and become an important part of how the company operates — supporting
HR, recruitment, employee accountability, accounts coordination, documentation and internal systems
.

This isn’t just an HR desk role. You’ll get hands-on exposure to how a growing creative business manages both
people and operational discipline
.





What You’ll Do
- Hiring & Recruitment:
Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, hiring trackers and onboarding support.
- HR & People Operations:
Track attendance, leaves, employee records, reviews, feedback cycles and internal HR documentation.
- Performance & Accountability:
Maintain dashboards and systems that help leadership track performance, discipline, workflows and follow-through.
- Accounts Coordination:
Coordinate with our external accounts team for invoices, bills, payments, reimbursements, vendor records and supporting documentation.
- Reporting & Systems:
Keep HR, finance and operational trackers accurate, organised and leadership-ready.
- Team Culture:
Help coordinate employee engagement, celebrations, communication and initiatives that create a positive yet accountable workplace.
