About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to support our project teams as we take designs from concept through commissioning.
This is an excellent prospect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to infrastructure engineering, project coordination, and the lighting design process. The ideal candidate will work closely with the management team to generate leads, coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain client communications, and contribute to expanding LGTLUX's market presence.
You'll work closely with our engineers, project managers, and external partners (agencies, consultants, and contractors) to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from one milestone to the next.
What You'll Do
Support project managers and engineers with day-to-day coordination of active lighting design projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent projects
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, drawings, and submittals
Assist in compiling
