Position: Health Coach Annotator
Employment Type: Contract (2 months)

YOE: 3+ Years
Availability - 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST.

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Certified Health & Wellness Coach Professionals to help evaluate and enhance large language model (LLM) outputs related to health coaching, behaviour change, and wellness. You’ll assess AI-generated coaching conversations for accuracy, safety, empathy, and effectiveness — contributing to the development of responsible AI that supports evidence-based health coaching. Selected talents will evaluate and label coaching-style conversations, recommendations, or plans to ensure AI-generated health guidance is accurate, protected, empathetic, and aligned with best coaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated or human coaching dialogue for accuracy, tone, empathy, and actionability.
- Annotate quality dimensions such as goal-setting effectiveness, motivational technique, and personalization.
- Identify unsafe, misleading,



or non-evidence-based advice and flag for correction.
- Compare responses against best-practice coaching frameworks (e.g., motivational interviewing, behaviour change models).
- Provide structured feedback and ratings to support model improvement.
- Help refine annotation rubrics based on recurring quality issues.

Requirements:
- Background in health coaching, behaviour change, public health, nursing, or related field.
- Understanding of coaching methodologies and behaviour change principles.
- Strong written communication skills and sound judgment on health-related content.
- Ability to apply structured rubrics consistently.
- Ideal to have a MacBook.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Health Coach (e.g., NBHWC) or similar credential.
- Experience evaluating conversational AI or chatbot outputs.
- Background in motivational interviewing or related counselling techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
