Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil site engineering activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
- Oversee labor management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction methods, materials science, and building codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for documentation purposes.
