Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior US IT Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting technology professionals across
SAP, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data/AI, Application Development, and Enterprise Applications
.

This is a hands-on recruiting position. The candidate should be comfortable sourcing candidates independently, conducting initial technical and behavioral screening, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through candidate onboarding.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and client-facing teams to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.




- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit candidates across
W2, C2C, 1099, contract-to-hire, and full-time/permanent positions
.
- Perform detailed candidate screening covering technical skills, communication, experience, location, availability, compensation/rate expectations, and work authorization.
- Recruit for technologies including:
- SAP – S/4HANA, Basis, Security/GRC, FICO, ABAP, BTP, Integration, Testing
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Cloud & DevOps – Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Cybersecurity – Vulnerability Management, IAM, SIEM, Cloud Security
- Infrastructure – Windows, Linux, VMware, Networking
- Data, Analytics & AI
- Application Development – Java, .NET, React, Node.js
- Enterprise platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce and related technologies
