We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence, run digital marketing campaigns, and drive social media growth. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in creating compelling short-form video content (Reels/Shorts), managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating directly with internal company teams.

QUALIFICATION- BCA/MCA/Mass communication/Digital Marketing/B.tech in Computer science

EXPERIENCE- Relevant Experience in Digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

1.Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website structure and content to rank higher organically on search engine results pages.

2.Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC): Running targeted paid campaigns across search engines (Google Ads) and ad networks to drive instant traffic and leads.

3.Social Media Marketing (SMM): Building brand presence, managing content calendars, and engaging audiences across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

4.Content Marketing: Creating valuable blog posts, videos, graphics,



and ebooks to attract, educate, and retain target customers.

5.Email Marketing: Nurturing leads and retaining customers through automated email sequences, newsletters, and promotional broadcasts.

6.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyzing user behavior on landing pages and testing layouts/calls-to-action to increase the percentage of site visitors who take action.

7.Data Analytics & Reporting: Tracking key metrics (ROI, CPC, CAC, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate and refine campaign strategy.

8.Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Collaborating with industry creators or third-party partners to expand brand reach and drive referral sales.

9.Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN) or desktop software (Premiere Pro, Canva).

10..Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
