CloudKaptan is looking for an experienced marketing skilled to manage its Marketing department and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across the organisation. The role involves leading the internal marketing team, maintaining the quality and consistency of marketing output, and collaborating with business units, delivery teams and regional teams across geographies. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT services, technology or fintech industry, along with strong team management, communication and content management capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the Marketing department, including planning and tracking deliverables, assigning responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of marketing activities.
- Lead, guide and review the work of content writers, designers and other members of the marketing team, while maintaining the quality, accuracy, tone and consistency of all marketing communication in accordance with CloudKaptan's brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production,



review and publication of marketing content, including website content, blogs, articles, social media posts, case studies, presentations, brochures, white papers and sales collateral, ensuring that content is original, well-researched and relevant to the intended audience.
- Work closely with Delivery Unit Heads, subject-matter experts, sales teams and other internal stakeholders to develop sales collateral, delivery collateral, case studies and other business-support materials aligned with business priorities.
- Coordinate with regional and geography teams to support campaigns, events, client communications and market-specific marketing requirements, including occasional early-morning or late-evening meetings with international teams across different time zones.
