We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselor who can take ownership of the complete student counseling and admission conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle
100+ connected calls
per day with prospective students and parents.
* Maintain a minimum of
2.5 hours
of effective talk time daily.
* Counsel students regarding
Online MBA, BBA and other higher education programs
based on their academic background, career goals and requirements.
* Generate new admissions through effective follow-ups, objection handling and relationship building.
* Take complete ownership of leads from initial contact to successful admission conversion.
* Identify cross-selling, upselling and referral opportunities to generate additional business.
* Actively generate student referrals and new business opportunities from existing students and professional networks.
* Follow up systematically with hot, warm and pending leads to maximize conversion.
* Maintain accurate lead and admission data in
Google Sheets / Excel / CRM.
* Prepare daily and weekly performance reports related to calls, talk time, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
* Work with
Excel and Google Sheets
, including
VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, conditional formatting and basic data analysis.
* Track individual performance metrics and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
