ITARV is a 10-year-old Mumbai digital marketing agency in active growth mode — serving clients in India, US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. We need a Sales Executive who identifies the right prospects, starts the right conversations, and closes retainer contracts for our digital marketing services.

This is a closing role. Warm and qualified leads will be shared with you — generated through the agency's cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing funnels. Your job is to take those leads, build relationships, run discovery calls, present proposals, and close retainer contracts. You focus entirely on converting conversations into signed clients. Ideal for someone early-career, genuinely hungry, and coachable.

Monthly retainers covering SEO + GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, and content marketing. Clients range from Indian D2C brands and funded startups to SMEs, real estate developers, and mid-size businesses in the US, UK, and Australia.

Responsibilities
→ Receive warm, qualified leads generated by the agency through cold email campaigns,



LinkedIn outreach, and marketing funnels — and take full ownership from first contact to signed contract
→ Run structured discovery calls — deeply understand the prospect's current marketing setup, pain points, growth goals, monthly budget, and decision-making process
→ Prepare and present tailored proposals and retainer packages — always anchored to the prospect's specific goals and the agency's 10-year global track record
→ Confidently handle objections on price, scope, timeline, and competitor comparisons — and convert hesitation into commitment
→ Follow up persistently and professionally — own every lead through every stage until a explicit yes or no
→ Maintain a clean, up-to-date HubSpot CRM at all times — every call logged, every stage updated, every next action scheduled
→ Meet monthly and quarterly new retainer MRR targets — fixed salary plus performance bonus on every successful closu
