Role Description
The Onsite Manager at Cozy Farms is a full-time role based on-site in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily farm-stay operations, including guest services, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring that all amenities are functioning smoothly. The Onsite Manager supervises staff schedules, manages vendor relationships, and monitors inventory and supplies to support a seamless guest experience. The role also includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing service requests,



implementing safety and cleanliness standards, and reporting operational updates to management. The Onsite Manager is expected to maintain a welcoming environment, respond promptly to issues, and help continuously improve the quality of services offered.

- Robust operations and facility management skills, with experience coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and on-site services.
