Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for HubbleHut’s talent and HR solutions. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, presenting service offerings, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. The Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support digital and offline promotional activities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop sales collateral and product messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining solid customer relationships, responding to inquiries, gathering market insights, and preparing regular sales and marketing performance reports. The role requires close coordination with leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent representation of HubbleHut’s services in the market.
