Passionfoot Art Space LLP is a growing art and creative learning centre in Thrippunithura, offering classes in art, dance, music and wellness. We are looking for a highly organised, responsible and proactive person to join our team as an Operations & Admissions Executive.

This is a combined Operations and Sales & Admissions role. Operations will be the primary responsibility, while handling enquiries, follow-ups and admissions will also be an important part of the position.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, works independently and can keep things organised while also communicating confidently with customers and supporting the growth of Passionfoot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily front desk and centre operations
- Coordinate classes, schedules, rescheduling and day to day requirements
- Coordinate effectively with teachers, students and parents
- Maintain student information, attendance and operational records
- Use Passionfoot's backend/CRM system and maintain accurate updates
- Maintain Excel and Google Sheets records
- Handle walk in enquiries and support admissions
- Follow up with prospective students through phone and WhatsApp
- Explain Passionfoot's programmes and help customers choose suitable classes
- Follow up with enquiries and support the conversion of suitable leads into admissions
- Ensure important tasks are completed on time and operational issues are followed through
