Role Description
The Regional Sales Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring sales training programs for regional sales teams,



ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include conducting classroom and field training sessions, coaching sales personnel on products, processes, and consultative selling skills, and assessing training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback. The Regional Sales Training Manager will collaborate closely with sales leadership and HR to identify skill gaps, develop training calendars, and support capability-building initiatives across the region. The role also involves preparing training materials, maintaining training records, and continuously improving content based on market trends and organizational priorities.
