We are looking for an exceptional, driven, and entrepreneurial Sales & Growth Marketing Intern to become the very first sales hire in our organization.
The Growth Trajectory: Become a Founding Leader
This is not standard corporate internship where you perform busywork. As our inaugural commercial team member,
you will work directly alongside the founders to build our sales and marketing engine from the ground up.
Successful performance in this role offers a direct track to permanent leadership positions, with the long-term
potential to grow into a Global Sales Director and core founding leader as the company expands globally.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Marketing Content Creation
: Craft compelling visual and written marketing content (social media posts, email copy, product one-pagers, slide decks)
to attract prospective B2B clients.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers across target industries through direct outreach, social selling (LinkedIn), and creative marketing campaigns.
Call Booking & Pipeline Manageme
nt: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and maintain a organized sales pipeline in our CRM.
Client Communication & Deal Conversion
: Participate in sales calls, deliver impactful product
introductions, handle client queries, and assist in closing deals to drive initial revenue.
Sales Strategy Collaboration
: Partner directly with company leadership to test current outreach strategies,analyze sales metrics, and refine our go-to-market playbook.
