Job Summary

Autus Digital Agency is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, revenue growth, and return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, and performance data.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign setups.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.




- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Track campaign and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with content and design teams to develop effective advertising creatives.
- Monitor changes in advertising platforms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of paid advertising and conversion-focused campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution concepts.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
