Role Description
The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves visiting retail outlets, distributors,



and potential business partners to promote and sell OrganicSpec products, ensuring strong brand visibility and market presence. The Field Sales Executive will identify recent sales opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Daily tasks include planning routes and meetings, tracking sales performance, collecting market feedback, and reporting on competitor activities. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on inventory, promotions, and customer service to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in field sales, business development, and relationship management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
