Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, social media, online research, and other lead-generation channels.
- Research target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a robust prospect pipeline.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and qualify leads based on business potential.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Clearly communicate the company's products/services, value proposition, and commercial benefits to prospective clients.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers as per client requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and coordinate internally to ensure smooth closure of deals.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for invoice generation and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/MIS.
- Track the complete sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status and revenue opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation
