Freshers | 20242026 Graduates

Eligibility:
- BA / MA / BBA / MBA / B.Com / B.E. / B.Tech
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs
- Freshers with solid English communication skills
- Interest in Recruitment, HR & AI-powered tools
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail

U.S. IT RECRUITER

Experience: 1–4 Years | U.S. IT Recruitment ONLY

Preferred Profile:
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in U.S. IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for U.S. IT positions
- Excellent knowledge of Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn & other job portals
- Strong Boolean/search-string skills
- Excellent English communication and follow-up skills




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and attention to detail
- Candidates with Commerce background wll be an added advantage
- Willingness to work in U.S. night shifts

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and engage candidates through Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn & job portals
- Use advanced Boolean search strings & AI recruitment tools
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Handle end-to-end U.S. IT recruitment
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-ups
- Coordinate onboarding activities
- Handle timesheet, payroll coordination & reconciliation
- Build strong relationships with candidates and U.S. clients

For experienced candidates: Take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S. IT requirements.
