With company-owned and franchise outlets, a Central Kitchen, and plans for rapid expansion across Mumbai and surrounding areas, we are building a scalable food business driven by authentic food, solid processes, trained teams, and technology.

We are looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and help us build a strong, disciplined, and people-focused organisation as we grow.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle at Happidli — from recruitment and onboarding to attendance, payroll, documentation, employee engagement, performance coordination, and exit formalities.

The ideal candidate should be highly organised,



approachable, proactive, and comfortable working with both office employees and frontline F&B; staff across outlets and the Central Kitchen.

This is a hands-on generalist HR role where you will be expected to execute, improve systems, and solve day-to-day people-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet, Central Kitchen, delivery, support, and office roles.
- Understand manpower requirements from Operations and other departments.
- Prepare and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, local networks, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department/store managers.
- Maintain an active candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
