The web-based platform supports laboratories in efficient data collection, statistical analysis, and peer data comparison. It provides tools such as Levey-Jennings (LJ) charts, multi-QC rule-based decision making, and robust data maintenance. By streamlining quality control processes, QC DART helps pathology labs improve accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance, making it a valuable technology partner for up-to-date diagnostic facilities.

Role Description

The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for QC DART through strategic sales planning and marketing execution. This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations for pathology laboratories, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.



The role includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with product and technical teams to refine value propositions, and creating targeted promotional materials for digital and offline channels. The Sales Marketing Manager will maintain relationships with clients, gather market feedback, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to support data-driven decision making.

Eligibility

This role is open exclusively to candidates from the IIM 2024–26 MBA batch (2026 passout).

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory software, or related technology solutions.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital outreach, events, and field marketing, with basic knowledge of marketing
