We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

The role will involve prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, sales presentations, relationship management, and supporting the growth of the company's consulting, training, outsourcing, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, digital channels, and other sources.
- Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Contact prospective clients through telephone, email, LinkedIn, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify appropriate company solutions.




- Conduct introductory discussions, presentations, and business meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with consulting, marketing, training, creative, and operations teams to develop client solutions.
- Participate in business networking events, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and industry forums to generate opportunities.
- Support account acquisition and client onboarding activities.
