About the Role
Tech3 Whiz is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager – South Region to lead and manage after-sales service operations for our commercial kitchen equipment business across South India.

The role will be responsible for ensuring timely installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, warranty support, customer satisfaction and Service Revenue across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Service Operations

Manage and oversee service operations across the South India region, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and other assigned territories.

2. Team & Service Network Management

Lead, guide, train and develop the regional service team and field service engineers.

Plan manpower requirements based on business volume, geography, and installed equipment base.

3. Customer Service & Escalation Management

Act as the key escalation point for critical customer complaints and high-value accounts.

Ensure prompt and skilled resolution of service-related issues.





Conduct customer visits for critical complaints, major projects, and strategic accounts.

4. Installation & Commissioning

Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Production, and Technical teams for timely installation and commissioning of equipment.

Ensure equipment is commissioned according to company specifications and technical standards.

Maintain proper installation and commissioning documentation.

5. Preventive Maintenance & AMC

Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for the installed equipment base.

Drive AMC / CMC service business in the region.

6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management

Ensure availability of critical spare parts at regional and service-partner locations.

Monitor spare parts consumption, stock levels, and movement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
