Job Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets from the first month of joining
- Visit assigned territories in Gurgaon daily for new client acquisition + existing account management
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely collection
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to reporting manager
- Identify new market opportunities and competition activity
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG Field Sales preferred. Freshers with strong sales attitude can also apply
- Background: Must have worked in FMCG / Retail / Distribution sales
- Vehicle:
Own Motorcycle + Valid DL is preferable for field coverage
- Target Driven: Proven ability to achieve targets consistently
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Location: Must be from Gurgaon or willing to work in Gurgaon territory
Compensation
- Salary: As per Experience + Incentives + TA/DA + Mobile Reimbursement
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives every month
