Growth / Marketplace Co-Founder
to join me in building
Sparedealz
, a B2B marketplace focused on the used automobile spare-parts ecosystem in India.

Sparedealz is being built to solve a highly fragmented problem in the automotive aftermarket: garages struggle to reliably source the right used spare parts, while scrap dealers and parts suppliers lack an organized digital channel to reach verified buyers.

We want to build the trusted transaction layer between these businesses — combining discovery, marketplace transactions, operational coordination, quality processes, and fulfilment.

Who I'm looking for

A co-founder who can take ownership of




growth, marketplace development and market expansion
.

Ideally, you have experience in one or more of:

• B2B marketplaces

• Startup growth / GTM

• Supply-side or demand-side acquisition

• Automotive / aftermarket ecosystems

• E-commerce or marketplace operations

• Partnerships and business development

• Building and managing field sales networks

More important than a perfect résumé is the ability to
execute from zero to one
.

You should be comfortable talking directly to customers, testing assumptions, building acquisition channels, analysing marketplace behaviour and spending time in the market rather than only creating strategies from a desk.

I bring automotive industry experience, understanding of the garage and used-parts ecosystem, and have taken Sparedealz from concept to a working MVP.
