What We're Looking For:
✅ Master's/Bachelor's degree in
Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or a related field
✅ 3–5 years of relevant experience in
research, data analytics, consulting, or public policy
✅ Strong experience in
data sourcing, validation, research, and analytical work
✅ Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing
✅ Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively
✅ Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on government policies, schemes, and development sectors
• Develop sectoral intelligence, market assessments, and evidence-based analytical insights
• Source, validate, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple credible sources
• Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and project documentation
• Support consulting assignments through qualitative and quantitative research
• Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting engagements
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of research outputs
