Eligibility Criteria — Dance Teacher (School)

1. Educational Qualifications (Essential)
Bachelor’s Degree in Dance / Performing Arts OR Diploma in Dance from a recognized institution OR Equivalent certification in any classical or contemporary dance form

2. Formal Dance Training

Candidate should have skilled training in one or more forms:
Bharatanatyam Kathak Odissi Kuchipudi Manipuri / Mohiniyattam Semi-Classical / Folk
Bollywood / Semi-classical Regional folk dances Western / Contemporary
Hip-hop Jazz Contemporary Ballet (if applicable)

3. Teaching Qualification (Preferred)
B. Ed. / Diploma in Education (desirable, not mandatory) Certification in Dance Education or Child Pedagogy

4. Experience





Minimum
1–3 years teaching experience in a school, academy, or institute OR Significant performance/choreography experience with children Preferred
Experience training students for stage performances Experience conducting annual day and cultural programs Experience handling large groups
