- Optimize systems for power consumption, latency, and throughput.
- Produce high-quality technical content (application notes, reference material) and deliver trainings.
- Collaborate across teams and with customers to solve complex system issues and deliver production-ready solutions.

Generic requirements (applies to all)
- BTech/MTech in Electronics, Computer Science or similar field.
- Strong C programming and embedded systems fundamentals, including software build process and hands-on board bring-up.
- Good understanding of microcontroller architectures and common peripherals.
- Mandatory basic hardware knowledge in analog and digital design.
- Ability to root-cause complex, multi-level engineering problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork mindset.
- Passion to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with linker scripts and multiple toolchains (GCC, IAR, Arm) is a plus.
- Experience in writing technical documents is a plus.
- Experience in multicore software development is a plus.
Specialization areas (deep expertise in one or more)
- Embedded Connectivity and IoT
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience with a strong background in IoT application development, embedded systems, and MCU-based design.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr and middleware for wireless applications such as lwIP, ThreadX, and MbedTLS.
- Wireless stacks and protocols: Bluetooth Classic and BLE; exposure to Matter and Thread; Bluetooth Audio and LE Audio are pluses.
- Cloud connectivity know-how (AWS, Azure) and application protocols (MQTT, HTTP) as a plus.
