Position Summary

The Human Resources Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and managing all HR functions across corporate offices, warehouses, and client locations. The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, training,



policy implementation, and HRMIS administration.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce management within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

* Prepare manpower planning in coordination with business teams.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

* Recruit corporate employees, warehouse staff, supervisors, and management personnel.

* Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals.

* Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations.

* Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

* Ensure timely hiring for new business launches.

1. Employee Onboarding

* Conduct induction programs.

* Complete joining formalities.

* Verify educational and employment documents.

* Create employee records in HRMS.
