Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on various matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
- Identify and manage potential legal risks.
- Support the business in regulatory and compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in laws that may affect the business.
- Maintain proper documentation of legal records.

The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- PQE : 2-4 years
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Familiarity with corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian legal systems.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
