We are looking for an experienced
Sell-In Key Account Manager (KAM)
to drive business growth by managing strategic retail partnerships, with a strong focus on
Croma
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in key account management, channel sales, and sell-in planning within the consumer electronics, appliances, mobile, or FMCG industries. This role requires a commercially driven professional capable of building long-term customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and maximizing revenue through effective account management.

As a Sell-In KAM, you will be responsible for developing business plans with key retail partners, ensuring product availability, driving sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the business relationship with Croma, ensuring achievement of monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sell-in strategies to increase product placements, inventory levels, and revenue across assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, category managers, and buying teams at Croma
- Negotiate commercial agreements, annual business plans, pricing, promotional campaigns, and trade investments
- Forecast sales demand accurately and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability
- Analyze sales trends, market performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Drive product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal business initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams
- Monitor account profitability while optimizing trade spends and return on investment
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal leadership to evaluate performance
