Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Telecom International Voice Inbound process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for a US Telecom client.
Resolve customer queries related to billing, mobile, internet, plans, and technical issues.
Provide excellent customer service while achieving quality and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Inbound experience is mandatory.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (US Shift).
