Key Responsibilities
Solution Leadership & Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment
of customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, using C#,
.NET, and JavaScript. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
throughout the project lifecycle.

End-to-End Implementation: Own the technical delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 CRM
implementations - from requirements gathering and solution architecture through
configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Integration Management: Architect and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM
and external systems (including FinOps where applicable) using APIs, Dataverse, Logic AppsAzure Functions, and other middleware tools.
Requirements Analysis: Partner directly with business stakeholders and functional consultants
to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications,
solution designs, and architecture documents.
Data Management:



Oversee data migration activities, ensure data integrity, and manage CRM
data using tools like XRMToolbox, SSIS, and the Data Management Framework (DMF) where
FinOps integration is involved.
Reporting & Analytics: Guide the development and customization of reports and dashboards
using SSRS, FetchXML, and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
Lifecycle Management (ALM): Drive the use of Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for
source control, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment monitoring.
Technical Governance & Optimization: Establish coding standards, lead code reviews,
troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to
Microsoft best practices and security policies.
Stakeholder & Project Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for
clients/stakeholders during implementation, manage technical risk, and ensure delivery
timelines are met in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
CRM/CE, including at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or lead developer capacity.




Proven track record of leading full-cycle D365 CRM implementation projects from inception to
go-live, across multiple client engagements.
Experience integrating D365 CRM with Dynamics 365 FinOps or other ERP systems is a strong
plus.

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE SDK, plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities
and client-side scripting.
Robust experience with APIs (REST/OData), Dataverse, and third-party/legacy system
integrations.
Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
Working knowledge of X++ and D365 FinOps/AX is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate
business needs into technical solutions.
Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams while managing multiple priorities in an
Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Prior experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within the Airlines or Freight/Logistics
domain is a strong added advantage.
