Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Content Distribution Executive who is interested in social media, content marketing and organic growth.

The role will focus on distributing and repurposing existing content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube and relevant online communities.

Responsibilities

Content Distribution

- Publish and distribute blogs, reports, videos, case studies and other content across social platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into posts, threads, carousels, short videos and other formats.
- Maintain daily/weekly content distribution calendars.
- Identify relevant communities, groups and conversations for content distribution.

Social Media

- Manage day-to-day activities across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit and YouTube.
- Monitor trending topics and relevant industry conversations.
- Engage with comments, communities and relevant audiences.
- Support company and founder/executive social media profiles.

Community Building

- Participate in relevant Reddit, LinkedIn and other industry communities.
- Find relevant discussions where our content/expertise can add value.
- Help increase brand visibility and organic reach.

Content Growth

- Work with SEO and Content teams to understand upcoming content.
- Turn one piece of content into multiple social media assets.




- Experiment with different hooks, formats and distribution methods.
- Track what content performs best and continuously improve.

Reporting

- Track reach, engagement, followers, referral traffic and leads.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Identify top-performing content and distribution opportunities.

What Were Looking For

- 0-1 year experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Reddit and YouTube.
- Strong interest in social media and content marketing.
- Positive written English and communication skills.
- Comfortable writing short social media posts and engaging with online communities.
- Curious about trends, creators, communities and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and experiment.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media/analytics tools is a plus.
