Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Manager with 5-6 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS attendance management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling payroll operations through HRMS platforms like GreytHR and strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees accurately and within timelines.

2. Handle Time & Attendance management through greytHR HRMS.

3. Prepare, generate, and file PF & ESIC ECR files independently.

4. Ensure timely compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory requirements.

5. Maintain payroll records, salary registers, and statutory documentation.

6. Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs,



deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.

7. Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, PF, and ESIC.

8. Ensure compliance with Indian Labour Laws and statutory regulations.

9. Maintain accuracy in employee master data and HRMS records.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

1. 56 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.

2. Strong working knowledge of GreytHR or similar HRMS platforms.

3. Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour law compliances.

4. Valuable understanding of ECR preparation and filing process.

5. Knowledge of salary structures, payroll calculations, and attendance policies.
