- Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in personal loan products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to existing customers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Proven track record in achieving high levels of success in inside sales or outbound sales roles.
- Solid understanding of personal loans, insurance sales, cross sales, and telecalling techniques.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving common goals.
