Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth for the hotel by developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, strengthening corporate relationships, and expanding the hotel's market presence across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Generate new business through corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, presentations, and business meetings.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential revenue-generating accounts.
- Handle corporate and group enquiries and coordinate with the hotel team for successful conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities.




- Maintain an effective sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, proposals, contracts, and outstanding business.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining robust customer relationships.
