About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head Quick Commerce to oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth order fulfillment, improve operational efficiency, and drive business performance across the quick-commerce network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end daily quick-commerce operations.
- Oversee order processing, inventory, dispatch, delivery coordination, and fulfillment.
- Manage and coordinate with dark stores, warehouses, delivery partners, vendors, and field teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, delivery time, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage and train operations and field teams.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and customer support teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve issues quickly.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure SOPs, compliance, and quality standards are followed.




- Manage operational costs and optimize manpower and resources.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

- 47 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong experience in managing field/operations teams.
- Good understanding of inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational MIS.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.

Preferred Background

Candidates from companies or sectors such as Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Delivery Operations, Dark Store Operations, or Warehouse Operations will be preferred.
