- Oversee the overall production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage factory operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control in ceramic tile manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to plant operations, maintenance, and safety.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in general management or senior leadership role in a similar industry (ceramics/tiles).
- Robust background in factory operations, manufacturing operations, or plant operations.
- Proven track record of improving productivity, efficiency, and quality control through effective leadership.
