- 4-8 years of C&B; / Benefits / HR Operations experience.
- Mandatory: EMEA Benefits Administration experience.
- Multi-country EMEA exposure preferred.
- Experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- ServiceNow end-user experience required.
- HR Shared Services / HR Service Center experience preferred.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- AI adaptability is a plus.
