Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational plans to achieve SLA, TAT and throughput targets .
- Monitor floor productivity, manpower utilization and backlog .
- Manage shift planning, roster, attendance and workforce discipline .
- Drive process adherence, quality checks and SOP compliance .
- Coordinate with FM, LH and LM teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track operational performance and publish shift-wise MIS .
- Identify operational risks, issues and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
- Support RCA, corrective actions and continuous process improvement .
- Ensure safety, compliance and 5S standards are maintained on the floor.
- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve productivity and quality targets.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
