Position: Manager Channel Sales Kuhl Fans

Department: Sales - Channel Sales (Kuhl Fans)

Location: Hubbali / Hubli

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Manager to drive Channel Sales for our Kuhl Fans vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for managing distributor/dealer networks, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing regional sales team across an assigned state or large territory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Channel Sales for the assigned region/state for Kuhl Fans and allied product categories

Identify, onboard, and activate new distributors and dealers across the territory

Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent offtake and loyalty

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue,



and market share targets

Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team set targets, review performance, and drive capability building

Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and scheme effectiveness at the distributor/dealer level

Coordinate with marketing for local activations, trade promotions, and brand-building initiatives

Provide regular market intelligence on competition, pricing, and consumer trends

Requirement

Education

Graduate any stream

Total Experience

Minimum 5 years in Consumer Durable Industry

Product Experience

Fans Mandatory | Other electrical appliances Added advantage
