- Manage site engineering activities, including planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for civil projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in building construction, civil engineering, or related field.
- Diploma or BE degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software; knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Solid understanding of site engineering principles, including estimation, quantity surveying, and site supervision.
