What you'll build

What you bring

- 7+ years of experience in SAP system operations, including SAP Basis, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure management across complex enterprise landscapes.
- Robust knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration approaches, conversion methodologies, and SAP technology solutions.
- Experience delivering technical services,



managing customer engagements, and coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and enterprise database technologies including SAP HANA and Sybase.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to manage escalations, mitigate risks, solve complex technical challenges, and maintain customer confidence in high-pressure situations.
- SAP certifications in SAP Basis, SAP Technology, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP domains are preferred. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are an advantage.
