About the Role: As a Darwinbox Specialist, you will be the primary owner and administrator of our Darwinbox Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. You will ensure the system is optimized to support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management. You will also act as the key point of contact between the organization and Darwinbox for all system-related matters. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between HR strategy and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Darwinbox System Ownership

• Own and manage the Darwinbox platform for all HR processes

• Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and smooth day-to-day operations

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively

2. SPOC Vendor Management (Darwinbox)

• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and Darwinbox

• Raise, track, and resolve system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests

• Coordinate with Darwinbox support team for troubleshooting and upgrades

• Ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact 3. HR Process Management

• Manage and execute HR processes through Darwinbox: • Employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

• Attendance and leave management

• Payroll inputs coordination

• Performance management cycles

4. System Configuration & Optimization

• Configure and maintain workflows, policies, and approval structures

• Manage user roles, permissions, and system settings

• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes 5.



Stakeholder & Employee Support

• Provide support to HR teams and employees on system-related queries

• Ensure smooth system adoption across the organization

• Conduct basic trainings or guidance sessions if required

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Generate HR reports and dashboards:

• Headcount • Attendance & leave

• Attrition & MIS reports

• Ensure data accuracy and provide insights for decision-making Aequs Internal-Strictly this data should remain with Aequs

7. AI & HR Technology Initiatives

• Support implementation of AI and automation in HR processes

• Identify areas for improving efficiency through technology

• Work with internal teams and external vendors on HR tech enhancements

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of total experience in HR operations, HRMS, or HR technology roles.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Darwinbox is Mandatory. Skills and Competencies:

• Strong experience in HR operations, including employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and performance management.

• Proven experience in vendor management / SPOC handling, specifically coordinating with HRMS providers for issue resolution and enhancements.

• Experience in HRMS configuration, including workflows, policies, and user access management.

• Robust experience in issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution management.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including MIS and dashboard generation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
