- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for recent initiatives and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test case preparation, and defect management.
- Analyze banking processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
