Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in planning, P6, Primavera, or MS Project in EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Overtime, HRA, and leaves applicable.
