Purpose of the Role
Provide electrical and electronics IoT, remote sensing and
automation engineering capability across product development,
prototyping, validation, production support, and field/service
support for motorised ALUBREEZE systems, lighting-integrated
honeycomb ceilings, and future smart architectural products.

Job Description (JD)
Support actuator, motor, controller, wiring, IoT and sensor/remote sensing systems,
power-supply, and low-voltage integration for new products; assist in prototype
development and troubleshooting; prepare electrical BOMs and wiring schematics;
support production with assembly checkpoints and pre-dispatch testing; coordinate
with external IoT / automation vendors; and support field-service diagnosis and corrective feedback.

- Electrical /electronics support for motorised and lighting-integrated product
development
- Prototype troubleshooting and system integration support
- IoT, sensor and remote sensing system integration support
- Electrical BOM, wiring, and component-specification accuracy
- Production-level electrical testing and release support
- Field / service technical diagnosis and closure support
- Reduction of vendor dependency through in-house technical capability

KPIs
-TAT for electrical / electronics design support on development projects




- % electrical BOM accuracy at first release
- Number of prototype issues resolved within agreed TAT
- % pre-dispatch electrical checks completed for applicable products
- Number of field issues resolved with root-cause closure
- Number of validated electrical / electronics subsystems frozen for production
- Reduction in repeat electrical / controls-related failures
- Number of vendor technical reviews completed and documented

Required Skill Set
Electrical fundamentals, electronics basics, actuator / motor / controller integration, low-voltage wiring, IoT systems, sensors, remote sensing and feedback devices, wiring schematic preparation, troubleshooting, multimeter / testing-tool usage, vendor coordination, production support, and basic familiarity with IoT / automation systems.

Recommended Experience
4 - 7 years in electrical and electronics engineering, IoT, sensors / remote sensing,
PLC, industrial automation, product support, industrial automation, building-product
systems, fa•ade automation, lighting systems, or electro-mechanical products.

Qualification
B. Tech. / B.E - Electrical & Electronics/ ECE/ (or equivalent)

Required Personal Behaviour & Attitude
Practical, hands-on, patient in troubleshooting, calm under service pressure, disciplined in documentation, team-oriented with mechanical engineers and vendors,quality-conscious, field-oriented, and willing to move between development, production, and customer support without ego.
